St. Paul's Primary Football Team

Season 2012/2013

Many congratulations to our school football team who have won the Glasgow Catholic Schools Football Association league for the second year in a row, undefeated in all their league games. Thank you to Mr Eadie, Miss Devlin and all our parents who work so hard to support the team in achieving success.

Good luck in your forthcoming games!

Season 2011/2012

For the first time in their history St. Paul's football team have won the treble!

This fantastic achievement was the result of very hard work on the part of the P5 to P7 boys, their coach Tony Eadie (school janitor), assistant Graham Aitken and teacher Miss Devlin.

The boys first won their own league for schools in the East End of Glasgow back in May which led to a place in the Glasgow Championships. At these championships the team triumphed against the winners of the three other GLasgow leagues.

The treble was competed with their success in the Glasgow Primary Cup, a competition running throughout the year and involving schools from all over Glasgow.

In addition to the treble the team's great season was rounded off nicely by winning a fourth trophy, the local Frank Burke Memorial Cup.

WELL DONE BOYS!
